Background

In January 2026, eleeo brands was proud to enter into a strategic partnership with Cincinnati Works. The goal of the partnership was to improve the retention and professional development of eleeo’s front-line, second chance workforce. By integrating professional coaching and resources directly into the workplace, the joint program aims to stabilize employees’ personal lives, thereby reducing absenteeism and turnover.

About Cincinnati Works

Cincinnati Works is a nonprofit organization founded in 1996 with the mission of eliminating poverty through a holistic approach to employment. Unlike traditional placement agencies, Cincinnati Works focuses on long-term self-sufficiency by providing lifelong coaching, financial wellness training, and barrier removal services. For nearly 30 years, they have partnered with local employers to build more reliable workforces by addressing the personal challenges – such as childcare, transportation, and legal issues – that often hinder job performance.

Key Services

The eleeo brands + Cincinnati Works partnership established a comprehensive Workforce Coaching Package at eleeo, which includes several specialized support tracks:

  • Workforce Coaching: A dedicated coach is on-site weekly to provide one-on-one guidance on professionalism, conflict management, and career advancement.
  • Specialized Support: The program provides access to experts for key needs including:
    • Financial Coaching – budgeting and stability
    • Mental Health – behavioral counseling
    • Legal Assistance – resolving records or probation issues
  • Barrier Removal: eleeo will provide funding administered by Cincinnati Works to assist employees with immediate financial crises, such as emergency transportation or housing needs.
  • Training and Development: Cincinnati Works hosts soft-skills workshops for employees and provides specialized training for supervisors to help them better manage a vulnerable workforce.
